Have a dedicated Linux server but don't know how to manage it? Not getting the support you need from your dedicated server provider? We can help.

We have created three different options, depending on what you want us to do with your server and what level of management you require.

Option 1 - Lite Server Management

- We will manage any server running RedHat Enterprise Linux/Fedora Core/CentOS with cPanel or Ensim Pro installed.

- We will fully update your control panel and server software to the latest version covered by your licence, as well as further updating it when requested.

- We will install any skins and addons that you have licences for (e.g. install Fantastico and WHMXtra), as well as updating them on request.

- We will configure your control panel's backup system to backup your websites onto a FTP server. We can even provide some FTP space for an extra fee if you don't have any.

- We will configure the base system including hostname, system time, bind IP addresses and DNS servers if required.

- We will install APF firewall and several other security tools, including chkrootkit which will scan for rookits and generate regular reports.

- We will security harden and remount /tmp and other temporary directories and also disable insecure services such as telnet.

- We will upgrade your kernel when requested.

- We will do extra security and performance enhancements.

- If your server goes down, we will help get it back online and investigate the issue.

Option 2 - Full Server Management

- We will manage any server running RedHat Enterprise Linux/Fedora Core/CentOS/Debian with cPanel or Ensim Pro installed, or with no control panel.

- We will also include all the services listed in Option 1.

- We will install phpSysInfo which displays lots of system information and MRTG which graphs network usage etc.

- We will do regular kernel, control panel and software updates.

- We will attempt to assist you with some basic server software that isn't otherwise covered.

Option 3 - Hourly Server Support

- We will support any server running RedHat Enterprise Linux/Fedora Core/CentOS/Debian.

- We will include everything from Options 1 & 2.

- We can perform tasks that aren't covered in our other server management options, such as upgrading between different versions of supported operating systems.

- We can migrate your websites to a new server.

- We can do most other things you can think of!
